Maintenance for our website is executed by Jewel & Watch IZI B.V., using CoC number 24472640. Meaning, ROG Habitat is the controller, and Jewel & Watch IZI B.V. is the processor.

When it comes to regular website visiting:

All records have a retention period. After this period, your data will be deleted. Retention periods are as follows:

Snoobi analytics: 3 years
Google Analytics data: 26 months
Reviews through InSocial: 5 years

Within this website, only functional and analytical cookies are being used. Analytical cookies contain information from Snoobi and Google Analytics, used to measure visitor numbers.
Which companies have access to your records?
Providing information of personal records to third parties is being handled by Jewel & Watch IZI B.V..
All personal records that are being saved (only forms and logs) will be shared with developer Mach3Builders B.V. and hosting Tepucom B.V.
Personal records about your behavior and analytics are being shared with Google Analytics and Snoobi B.V.. Analytics of the website of ROG Habitat are collected and bundled by Jewel & Watch IZI B.V. to be shared with other entrepreneurs within the industry and are also shared as totals with suppliers.
What are your rights as a visitor?
Every visitor has the right to see their collected data. This data can be edited, if requested by the owner and not in violation of the law. To request this, you can contact us through our contact form. Please send your identification along.
